Swim Meet 101
The most important thing is HAVE FUN!

What to bring:
- Water- pack extra!
- Healthy snacks
- Swim Cap
- Goggles,- 2 pairs is helpful
- Towels and something to cover with if it's cold.
- Lawn chairs are a must as most pools do not provide seating.
- Swimmers please have your events written on your arm when you arrive at the pool. This is very important so you know where and when to be.
- Volunteers please check in with Kylene Yanase or the designated person for the meet.
